After unveiling Thom Browne editions of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the Galaxy Z Fold 3 last month, Samsung has announced the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic Thom Browne Edition. Yes, you can now individually buy this variant of the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. Earlier, Samsung had collaborated with designer Thom Browne for limited edition variants of its smartphones, smartwatches, and wireless earbuds.
The Galaxy Watch 4 Classic Thom Browne Edition is priced at $799.99 in the US. The smartwatch will go on sale in the US on September 29, 2021. Needless to say, this special edition smartwatch will be available in limited quantities, so if you want a unique smartwatch, don’t be late when this smartwatch goes on sale via Samsung’s website.
Samsung has revealed that the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic Thom Browne Edition will be available in the 42mm Bluetooth-only version. The smartwatch is plated with the rare Rhodium metal and comes with the Thom Browne badging on the stainless steel casing. It also features unique watch faces and watch bands. Even the wireless charger has the signature Thom Browne tri-color stripe. The box comes with three types of watch straps: fabric, leather, and rubber.
All the other features of the smartwatch remain similar to the regular Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. It has a 1.2-inch Super AMOLED circular display, an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, and an MIL-STD-810G design. It is equipped with the Exynos W920 processor, 1.5GB RAM, and 16GB internal storage. It has an accelerometer, barometer, blood pressure monitor, an ECG, GPS, gyro, heart rate monitor, SpO2 measurement, and sleep tracking.
The Galaxy Watch 4 Classic Thom Browne Edition features Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, and NFC. Its screen is protected using Gorilla Glass DX and has a rotating bezel. Its 247mAh battery lasts more than a day and supports wireless charging. It runs Wear OS 3 and comes pre-loaded with Google services, including the Play Store. Other features Samsung Pay, Samsung Health, and support for Android apps for smartwatches.
